The Farwell
About a week ago Ali, Brandon and Elli moved to Idaho. So we all went out to eat at Burger King so they could get on the road. LaNice went with them to help Ali with Elli who was great on the trip. They are all settled in their new apartment and Brandon has started school. It's a long ways from home, but Christmas will be here before we know it.
It has been so great to have them close so the two little girls could spend time together. I think they will miss seeing each other. Thank goodness for skype. After we got off the computer, Kimee kept going back to the computer saying, "Elli back....Elli back." Like I said, it won't be too long before Christmas is here.

ZipLine 2
The older generation. This really wasn't as bad as it looked from the top and was quite a gentle ride to the bottom.
The Zip Line
Andy on the zip line. He thought it was a bit blah and was quite disappointed there wasn't more ZIP in the zip line. Of course, since he is used to rapelling over 300 foot drops, this was pretty boring for him.
Carl on the zip line. There were two pictures of him and only blue sky where Brandon and Alison were supposed to be. Go figure.
Alpine Slide
It was amazing how much Elli liked this ride. Ali said she laughed and screamed all the way down! Such a brave little cutie.
Kimee went with her dad and Papa on the fast slide while the more sensible women (pregnant and old) went on the slow slide. It was still plenty fast enough for Grammie. We were glad that Em could do some of these activities. You would never know she is almost 5-1/2 months pregnant.
The Coaster
Dad thought that was a great ride. Mom went with him, but someone had to take the picture before they took off. It was pretty wild and I don't think the brake really worked very well. Talk about whip lash.
Abbey and Andy were the only others who got pictures on the Coaster. The picture below is sort of blurry because they are going so fast. We were on the lift going up and we could hear them coming down because Andy was screaming like a girl!!!
Amusement Park in PC
The girls were not too sure about riding the train the first time--especially Kimee who cried. But they sort of got the hang of it after awhile. It still was not their favorite ride.
Grammie had the best job of riding the merry-go-round while moms and dads went to do their thing. She probably rode that thing for at least 2 hours with the girls.
The Groesbeck Families
Carl, Emilee and Kimberlee Brown. Kimee has gotten really good at saying "cheese" for pictures, but she doesn't really laugh. It seemed appropriate that the Browns chose the brown t-shirts!
Brandon, Alison and Ellia Berrett.
Grammie and Papa. The old folks didn't have too hard of a time keeping up with the next generations. We had a blast with our kids.
Andy and Abbey Groesbeck. These kids still have the "newly wed" glow and are so cute together. Abbey is very patient with her forgetful husband and is about the best thing that ever happened to him.
