A DAY AT GRAMMY'S
Our little prince is growing up. He is such a good baby and is such a joy to have around.
Grammy got a new princess dress and Princess Kimberlee loved it.
The lilacs are in full bloom now and we both love the smell of them.
She wanted to play fairies on the trampoline. And, of course, the dress had to stay on. She only fell down in it once and only got a little grass stain on the hem. It was worth it though. Princess Kimee had a ball!

While Kimee was here this weekend, Pappa put the training wheels on BIG RED, the bike we got for the kiddies. Kimee thought that was pretty great and we rode around the block and over to the park. She looks so big on that bike, and she manages it pretty well.
A DAY IN THE GARDEN
While Kimee was here, we planted the plants I had started in the greenhouse. She was such a big helper and loved playing in the water. She has her own watering can and has helped water the plants while they were inside or in the greenhouse. I hope she has a green thumb and that my first experience growing my own plants works.
She was so cute. Em said in her prayers last night she asked Heavenly Father to bless Grammy's plants so they would grow!! As Pappa put it, "Kimee is good to the last drop!"

It was finally warm enough and stopped raining long enough to put out the patio furniture! I love the yard at this time of year--everything is so green--and particularly this year because of all the rain we have had.
But with the rain comes faster growing grass and MORE WORK! ! ! We love it this time of year, but come August, we will be looking forward to the cooler months of Fall.
Things in the back yard haven't quite all leafed out yet, but it is still pretty. The rhubarb is going crazy with all the rain! It's almost already going to seed and we don't usually have good rhubard until Father's Day!!!

We were so excited to be able to attend Harlee's blessing in Rexburg on May 9, Mother's Day. It was a great occasion and Andy and Abbey are the cutest parents. And of course Harlee is the cutest, tiny baby girl. Andy is showing off his precious daughter to her Great Great Aunt Helen who made the trip with us. It was an up-and-back-in-the-same-day trip, but it was worth it.
Harlee looked so pretty in her beautiful dress. She is so little and so precious!
Aunt Helen got to hold her while getting her dressed in her pretty blessing dress.
The proud parents and grandparents and, of course, the beautiful Harlee!!

Ethan looked like the perfect little man in his Sunday duds.
The whole Brown Family in their Sunday best!
We also colored Easter eggs, and yes, I know Easter is alreadypast. But their family was sick then and didn't do Easter eggs so we colored them in May. I was really surprised they all didn't turn out brown as we tried to find what color would appear when colors were mixed.
Ethan is getting so big. He liked to play with the Matchbox cars and trucks and is almost sitting up by himself. We enjoyed the time getting to know him a bit better.
And, of course, riding the bike had to be done. That is one of her favorite things right
now. And she is getting pretty good at it. Although, she did have a little crash which made
her a little afraid of the driveway dips on the sidewalk!
