A Walk in the Arboretum

Sunday we took a walk in the arboretum. This is one of Elli's favorite places and she could hardly waid to show me. It was rather chilly, thus the sweater. But we still had a great time. We chased some rabbits and say ducks and a river rat. Even Ali made the whole walk. We were hoping it would put her into labor, but it didn't work.

Elli calls this tree the Monkey Tree. When I asked her if it was called that because monkeys lived there, Brandon said the only time the tree had monkeys in it was when Elli was climbing it!

And she loves to climb. They are really pretty cool trees.

We are still waiting for baby sister to arrive. It looks like Ali will be available for her dr. appointment tomorrow afternoon. We are now just hoping the baby is not as late as her mommy was.
